You Can Help Improve High Speed Internet Connectivity in Wisconsin!

Local Wisconsin residents and area businesses are invited to complete a survey regarding current and future broadband usage and needs. The survey’s goal is to assess the need for expansion and development of broadband Internet services in Wisconsin. Data from the survey will help Internet providers and policy leaders at the local and state level with future broadband planning.

Learning Express is a learning center for people of all ages and education levels interested in learning extra skills for school or work. Do you have a special talent or passion that you would like to share with the children of Shell Lake?

The Shell Lake Public Library is in the process of planning their Summer Reading Program.  Held from June 1 through August 23rd, 2013, they are looking for individuals or groups that would like to bring their talent to the library to share.  The Summer Reading theme is "Dig into Reading”.  If you would be willing or interested in putting on a presentation at the library this summer, please call Amy Stormberg at The Shell Lake Public Library (715) 468-2074



   
Adults with Shell Lake Public Library cards in good standing may check out passes to the Zoo and Museum. 
Passes are checked out on a first come, first served basis and are due back in 3-7 days.  The Zoo pass is due in 3 days and is good for 4 people and the museum pass is due in 7 days and is good for 2 adults and 5 children. 
Passes returned overdue will receive a $5.00/day fine and lost passes will have a $50.00 replacement cost.
